This week is National Self Care week and people across the country are being asked to focus on looking after themselves and the theme this year is ‘Live Self Care for Life’.
European Antibiotic Awareness Day is taking place on 18 November 2020 and residents of Herefordshire and Worcestershire are reminded to keep antibiotics working effectively.
Health bosses across Herefordshire and Worcestershire urge expectant mums to still attend all appointment and seek support when they need it.
Firstly, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the people of Herefordshire for doing their bit to keep our county as safe as possible during the ongoing pandemic. Despite having some of the lowest rates in the country, approaching winter and with cases still rising, it’s important that we not only adhere to the new lockdown rules implemented from 5 November, but that everyone continues to follow the guidance on maintaining good hand hygiene, wearing face coverings and social distancing.
