Trade Union Facility Time

NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire CCG is wholly supportive of partnership working. The CCG does not employ anyone who undertakes relevant union official duties as outlined in the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 and therefore no time is released from this employer in relation to official duties.

However the CCG liaises and works with both local and Regional TU representatives and the recognised unions, whose time will be recorded with their employing authority.

Information that was held previously by NHS Herefordshire CCG, NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove CCG, NHS South Worcestershire CCG and NHS Wyre Forest CCG was transferred to NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire CCG on 1 April 2020.
