Share your NHS patient experiences since March 2020
We think it is important that people can share their experiences of the NHS in their own words.
There have been lots of changes and challenges happening in the NHS due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic since March 2020. It is now more than ever, important for the CCG to get an understanding of what impact these changes have had on people and where improvements need to be made.
By sharing your experiences of the NHS since March 2020, you can help health care professionals and the CCG to understand what was good, what was bad and what would have made your experience better.
How to share your story
There are various ways you can share your story. Please see below:
- Online form - You can tell us your NHS experience by following this link to a short survey
- By telephone or video call - Contact the engagement team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to arrange to speak to someone on the telephone or by video call.
If you wish to make a compliment, complaint or concern please see our compliments and complaints section.
Local Listening drop-in sessions - Postponed
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have postponed our Local Listening drop-in sessions until March 2021. We will review this again at the start of 2021, in line with the government guidelines at that time. Details on how you can still continue to share your NHS experiences are listed above and here.
In order for us to speak to more people across Herefordshire and Worcestershire and to give people who prefer to talk in person a greater opportunity to speak to us, we have developed our new, year-round, Local Listening drop-in sessions.
Members of the engagement team will be visiting a market town near you on a fortnightly basis.
The purpose of these one hour, drop in sessions is to listen to your thoughts on healthcare in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and take any questions, suggestions and comments to the appropriate staff and organisations.
What do I need to do?
All you need to do is turn up! The sessions run for one hour at each venue. The venue details are listed below. For more information about each location, please click on the individual links.
